Chocolate Marble Cookies

step 1.

Sift the flour into a mixing bowl, reserving ¼ cup. Then whisk in the baking powder and salt.

step 2.

Melt your butter in the microwave. Beat the butter and coconut sugar together until combined.

step 3.

Mix the egg and vanilla extract into the butter and sugar. Then, add the dry ingredients.

step 4.

Divide the dough in half. Add cocoa powder and chocolate chips to one half and the remaining flour to the other.

step 5.

Chill both doughs and then roll them together into marbled balls. Use a kitchen scale to make sure the balls are the same size.

Bake the marble cookies at 350F for 8-11 minutes. Let them cool slightly and enjoy!
