Eggless Chocolate Cookies

step 1.

Make the flax egg. Then melt the butter and mix in the oil, coconut sugar, vanilla, and flax egg.

step 2.

Mix the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Then, mix the dry into the wet ingredients ⅓ at a time until just combined.

step 3.

Fold the chocolate chips into the dough with a rubber spatula, scraping around the bowl. Make sure they're evenly incorporated.

step 4.

Chill the eggless cookie dough for 15 minutes. Then, scoop the dough and bake for 11-13 minutes at 350F.

Let the cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving and enjoy!
