Vegan Oreo Pie

A delicious, creamy no bake vegan Oreo pie made without cream cheese or butter!

Did you know Oreos are secretly vegan? This vegan Oreo pie is no bake! It's similar to the boxed pies of your childhood but made with better-for-you ingredients without dairy.

Ingredients

Full fat coconut milk, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, agar agar, and crushed Oreo cookies.

After blending the Oreos, stir the melted coconut oil into them (reserve 1/2 cup). Press into a pie or tart pan and refrigerate while making the filling.

Step 1

Add coconut milk, maple syrup, and agar agar to a small saucepan on the stove. Whisk with the burner on medium. Simmer and whisk until the agar agar dissolves.

Step 2

Remove the filling from the heat and whisk in reserved Oreo crumbs. Pour it into the pie crust and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or until the middle is set.

Step 3

Make the whipped coconut cream topping and decorate the pie with it and more Oreo crumbs and cookie pieces.
