Salted Brownie Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

You only need a few simple ingredients. Make sure your dairy ingredients are at room temperature before baking.

Melt the chopped chocolate in the microwave, mixing every 15 seconds or until it is smooth. Then, whisk in the oil.

Step 1

Beat the eggs and sugar together in a large bowl on high speed until the mixture is fluffy and light in color. Then, beat in the melted chocolate.

Step 2

Mix in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt.  Then, mix in the chocolate chips. The batter will be goopy.

Step 3

Scoop the cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake until they seem set. Let the cookies cool and top with sea salt.
